  Features:

Application:

  • Plastics, rubbers, resins and other polymeric materials
  • Trace organic impurities in inorganic materials

This system thermally decomposes high molecular compounds such as plastics, rubbers, and resins at temperatures over 500 C and analyzes the resulting pyrolysates using GC/MS. The fragments reflect the original structure of the high molecular compound and permit identification and sophisticated structural analysis. Database search software further supports the identification of compounds.

Pyrolysis system (Polymer materials)
This system thermally decomposes polymer materials, such as plastics, rubbers and resins, over 500 ¢XC and analyzes the resulting pyrolysates with GC/MS. The fragments reflect the original structure of polymer compounds, and identification and sophisticated structural analysis of the polymers becomes possible from the fragments.
